Mr Vikas Pathak started Transvick in 1992 with the aim of providing insulation components that meet the highest level of international quality standards in shortest time possible. Since its inception we have grown considerably and now manufactures all types of insulation components for large EHV Transformers as well as locomotive transformers. Transvick was built on the foundation of quality & reliability and has upheld these values for the past 23 years successfully.
We also have a green channel supplier status and high performance rating with clients, which consists of BHEL Bhopal, BHEL Jhansi and Crompton Greaves among others.

Who are we?
WITH global competition in Electrical Power Generation; & Distribution systems, and with introduction of ISO 9000 requirement; a great need was felt by Indian manufacturers of Transformers to considerably improve design to cut material input cost and introduce good manufacturing technology using good quality components to reduce failures in Large Power Transformers & be competitive in world market by shorter delivery time.
To meet the quality requirements of EHV Power Transformers lot of burr free machined insulation components are required by Transformer manufacturers.
With above in mind Transvick Industries was started by Mr Vikas Pathak in 1992 at Mandideep (Bhopal) with the objective of supplying quality machined insulation components for large power EHV transformers with commitment to quality & delivery of international standards.
Realising the importance & requirement of burr free quality components in transformers, we are regularly upgrading Manufacturing facilities for insulation components, required in winding & assembly of large EHV Transformers & Freight Loco Traction Transformers to our product line.
We can supply all the components stage wise in kit form to reduce manufacturing cycle time & reduce inventory of the Transformer manufacturers .
We also adhere to customer delivery schedules and can meet the requirement of insulation components for large transformers in about 2 weeks time.
Transvick has seen a consistent growth since its inception. In recent years, the company has seen exponential growth - the revenues grew by 100% in 2003 and 200% in 2009
Transvick acquired an ISO 9001:2000 Certification in October 2004, updated to ISO 9001:2008 and, ISO 9001:2015, in 2019
ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018. In June 2022.
Transvick now manufactures all types of insulation components for large EHV Transformers with voltage range of 11 – 400 KV and ratings of 1 – 315 MVA as well as locomotive Transformers
